At Tsukiji Sushi Fusion, the courses are built on seasonal properties, utilizing only the freshest, most delicious ingredients available. Our atmosphere is traditional but unique, and each dish is composed to ensure a bold yet simplistic culinary adventure.
A young farm boy from harvesting rice to his passion for fishing was introduced to a Japanese Sushi back in 2004. The fondness for combining the two and sharing his creativity and art took him travelling different parts of Asia and Europe. From the classics to the innovative, we’ve got it all. Join us.
